Having been an expat in Denmark for almost a decade, I understand and empathize over the challenges faced when rebuilding your life and career in a new country.

 

I’ve been there myself: learning how to navigate the Danish job market, struggling to understand the new culture and norms in the workplace, figuring out how to make meaningful connections and find purpose in a completely new environment while maintaining my sense of identity.

My personal experience of moving to Denmark has given me a deep understanding of intercultural relations, and the importance of acknowledging these cultural differences. I therefore stand by my clients not only in their process of creating or growing a meaningful career in Denmark. Alongside, I support them in grasping a deeper understanding of the Danish culture, job market and work environment, while leveraging on my own professional experience in Denmark and coaching competencies.

 

My 15+ years of professional experience evolve mostly around working in corporate environments. Having worked in a variety of industries and roles, my work has always evolved around my purpose of working with people and for people, be it individuals or team, and supporting them in their efforts to gain clarity over and achieve their ambitions.

As a career coach, my work style is built around active listening and staying present. I hold space for each of my client's journey and adapt my methods to their personal needs. Respectful of people's personal values, I am mindful about creating a safe space, in which my clients can easily express themselves. I ask powerful questions and challenge my clients along the way, to help them progress in their chosen direction.
